His two best losses are getting flattened by two bums, a crackhead and a fat guy.

Lewis has gone from being underrated (and actually hated in the US when he was fighting) to being overrated now.

To listen to people now you'd think Lewis was this invincible superman.

That's about as accurate as saying he was a jab-happy, safety first bum, as many people did when he was actually fighting.

Absence really does make the heart grow fonder.

Retirement was Lennox's greatest career move.

Not impossible, just hard - which is how it should be.

^^Lennox has a Win over 4 of the top 5 champions spanning 1987-2012. That is ridiculous. He is the greatest H2H fighter that ever lived.

He wasn't all that loved in the UK until near the end of his career, either: he was referred to derisively as a "Canadian" in the press there after his losses to McCall and Rahman.

Everybody looks better in retrospect. The Klitschkos will as well.

It's just human nature to see things that way.

Its is fighter should be judged at the end of their careers its easier to see how they fit in to the alltime rankings once their resume's are complete. But Lennox is the best of his era and it's really not even close
