Who the hell is Liam Williams is the real question

The same would be said about Eubank Jr if he didn't have his fathers name

Williams isn't shot but reality kicks in: He was never that good. Especially his defense & reflexes. He doesn't see a lot of fast and explosive shots coming and therefore he's hurt, rocked and dropped way too often. Andrade and Eubank aren't that good but both have tremendous speed and throwing with a lot of explosiveness. He struggled with that kind of stuff. Without that he would beat them both. In those rounds he wasn't knocked down or hurt bad both against Andrade and Eubank he probably won around 80% of those rounds. And he was able to hurt them back but his power wasn't big enough to drop them and really turn the tide.

I like Williams and he'll beat a lot of guys but i also don't like how he's blinking and talking. He sounds punch drunken and looks off sometimes. He should probably retire soon if he wants to have a nice life in the next 30-40 years.

This is true but he went down far too easily and the non-jab KD looked completely innocuous too. Even Roy said beforehand when he was posed the question what he though Williams' strengths were that he could take and give a hard shot and had a big heart which he's obviously based off the Andrade fight albeit to be fair anyone's chin must seem like iron to Roy who likely would've been sparked out cold by those innocuous jabs.

I was genuinely shocked everytime he went down last night, none of those shots looked KD worthy. Maybe Williams has a worse chin all along than we all thought he did but, as said, he stood up to 12 rounds of vicious abuse from Andrade, especially lots of concussive uppercuts, and only touched down once. Not just one big shot every now and then - tons of big flush shots all night long.

He came up against a powerful guy last night and the KiDs weren't brutal, more that they were crisp shots and he had bad balance.

Williams went down against Andrade too.

It is what it is. Williams is a good domestic level MW, but not good enough for world level.

People dont like Eubank, but he is a world level MW.

Williams needs to retire and drink beer at the local pub. He's shot to pieces to let that fraud ***** slap him like that.

This might explain why he was so chinny against CEJ... it got cracked by Boo Boo

It could be the case. Not saying he had an iron mandible before, but his punch resistance has never been an issue and the fact that he stood up to 12 rounds of vicious abuse against Andrade, and I said beforehand I felt he was underestimating Andrade's power going into that one, whilst walking in face first into it all night suggests something wasn't right.

He's completely finished. SHOT. Punch resistance gone.
