    If you're going to remember him and talk about him then he is famous and thus in the Hall of FAME

    Far less accomplished and otherwise anonymous fighters have gotten into the HoF before Loma

    It's called the Hall Of Fame, not The Hall Of Excellence. If they put him in, fine. if not? Fine as well. I like him to be dangerous H2H vs anybody 118-130 all time.
