Loma and his resume is over rated. His best fight was Linares and he got dropped in that matchup. As he moves up in level of competition then a real assessment can be made. Make no mistake, he has the skills but they have yet to be truly tested. ( with the exception of Linares)

No. If Joe Rogan calls him the best boxer ever then you know it's true.

Loma would even beat Rousey in an MMA fight, what an insult.

Cheers. He says he's being overrated the most on YT etc right now...I personally have no idea who's being overrated the most on YT right now because I don't follow the narrative of every single fighters fanbase on that platform to make that assessment (& nor does he!) & nor am I as stupid as to think that a MAJORITY of a fanbase has a singular narrative or indeed even posts on those platfoms! What about those fans that don't? How can anyone know how big a fighter's fanbase is in relation to another? To get averages or gauges on these overrating comments? How does he know what people in Ukraine & Eastern Europe are saying about him too? Can he speak Russian now?! LOL

'I've been on YT & VL is the mofoat.. Brilliant!

I kinda knew you would avoid this question. You're trying to discredit me by putting down YT comments/forum posts. So let me ask you, where do you see fighters get overrated the most?

Answer this and we'll go on from there.

Where do you get fan opinions? I base it off the internet. Let's say I have 1000 real life friends that enjoy boxing. Don't you think that's way too small of a sample size?

Not just YT. This forum SPECIFICALLY. YT is just another source. Again how do you measure a fans opinion? I'd love to know. Maybe it will change my mind and I'll concede this argument.

I predicted that Rigo had absolutely no shot jumping up 2 weight classes being 38 year old and inactive. No credit for that win. Absolutely no credit. I knew that fight would play out like that. There's weight classes for a reason.

I've probably been on boxing forums for like 5-6 years. I was mostly on that YT boxing scene prior to that. I can say that Pacquiao had some bat**** crazy fans, but I think when we had up achievements even though he's very overrated, he hasn't been even close to as overrated as Loma.

Only morons. No way an inactive nearly 40 year old who is tiny for his class and jumping out 2 weight classes has a chance against an elite talent.

Im not emotionally invested in Lomo but I enjoy his fights and accomplishments
I don’t care if you **** :pipion every pro in the sport, not saying you are just to be clear, as I have an opinion like all others and you know what they say about opinions :yaayplus I’m a fan of the sport before a fan of any boxer regardless of where they are from or what they look like tbh
Anyway I don’t see the hype like you described but the kid has accomplished more on his resume than others who have been in the game for over 10 years.:campeon:

I didn't even **** on Loma. But I doubt you're not emotionally invested. I've made countless other threads where I state my opinion on a fighter and you didn't react like this trying to insinuate I'm triggered etc. I generally notice that when someone tries to call someone else triggered it's because they're upset themselves.

But we can agree to disagree on my OP. I've never seen the hype and support to this extent besides GGG. Pacquiao was bad but he just achieved 100x more than Loma with 100x better competition.

Truly once in a lifetime achievement since I’ve been following the sport. The kid is impressive out the gate. I’m curious to see if he can continue at this pace with this type of opposition. Maybe he should pull a Danny Cherry Garcia and take a pad fight here and there but it’s just not his style
