When broner fought maidana he looked like a fish out of water, lomachenko lost MD to a welterweight in Texas , hurt him in 12th round and imo on neutral ground with normal referee he would have won the fight.
Nah. Hype would've gotten knocked out tonight or caved in as the fight wore on. Lomachenko bit off a little more than he could handle. I'd still pick him to win a rematch.
I was impressed with Lomachenko's ability to fight Laurence Cole and a welterweight that was landing low blows on his legs, hips, balls, etc., don't know how he did it, then almost stopped Salido in the 12th................good chin, very strong body and fought a much bigger fighter. If he had let his hands go earlier he would have stopped Salido a few legal body shots would have done it...........
Right??? These ****ing Lomo threads remind me why I deleted my account. Boxing fans are too stupid, I can't be around them... The guy goes the distance with an established veteran in his second pro fight, wins more than his fair share of the rounds. Outlasts him in the championship rounds WHILE GETTING LOW BLOWED throughout (I know he was holding, but one of those fouls actually does damage...) He loses a split decision... "He sucks. He didn't do this, he didn't do that (again, second ****ing pro fight). He's not going to go far in his career. He'll never be great like (*name drop). He's not as good as Rigo." People are ****ing dumb
How many overhyped fighters take on cheating scumbags who fail to make weight for a world title in only their 2nd professional fights?
