He had shown a good beard throughout his career but got KO'd by somebody who has about as much power as Fluid Landisweather.

I feel his war with Molina ruined his chin for good.

Uh, no, Postol isn't a light puncher you idiot. Watch his KO of Aydin. He folded him like a lawn chair. Postol just chooses not to sit down on his punches, but when he does, magic happens.

Lol, postol is massive armpuncher. If he hits hard, i'm the pope.

Mathysse is not a glass chin, is a quitter (or even worse).

You must be the Pope then because you haven't watched him KO Aydin. He also wobbled Matthysse in the 8th and again in the 9th.

    "habemus papam"

Postol, the first hardhitter armpuncher in history. Someone had to be the first.

    No.

His chin probably isn't what it was, but it is still sturdy. He wasn't KO'ed in the traditional sense. He walked onto a punch and was knocked over. He could have got up, but he chose not to. The result says more about Lucas' frame of mind in that particular moment than it does about his chin.

As for Postol's power - this highlights the problem with some boxing fans. Some just look at the KO percentage and make a judgment on punching power solely on that. As Mexi-Box pointed out, Postol doesn't usually sit down on his shots. He moves a lot whilst punching, arm punchers and deliberately doesn't put everything into his shots (which is the opposite to the traditional eastern block style).

When he does punch properly there is a lot more pop in his shots. He isn't a massive puncher by any stretch of the imagination, but he does hit harder than his record suggests.

His record just states the obvious. He's an arm puncher. Being an armpuncher you cannot ko s***. Lucas just didnt want to win, any provo hit was harder than this counter armpunch. The end of the fight was a joke.

Postol hit him with a pot shot, not a power punch. It floored Lucas and he was down for the 10 count.

It is a ONE PUNCH KNOCK OUT. Danny cracked his glass too.

Yup. Sometimes a chin just goes bad. Ask Roy Jones.

Not necessarily, in regards to KO records stating the obvious. Just look at fighters when they are asked who hit them the hardest. Often times the answer is surprising.

As for Postol, you are right, he is an arm puncher. However, I was saying that when he does punch properly he can hurt opponents.
