Who had Rigondeaux ever beaten to make people think he stood a chance against Donaire? Plenty of people picked him (not myself), and they were completely correct.

He has a better win at WW, the weight they will be competing at, than Khan does. And that was a KO2 of Victor Ortiz just a couple months ago.

His controversial decision defeats to Ricky Hatton and Andre Berto showed some pretty big talent as well.

Current form is more important than what either was "at their peak" and weight divisions past.

The better win doesn't win the fight. Otherwise, once again, Donaire would have beaten Rigondeaux big.
