Is Maidana the first person in history

Maidana was clearly saved by the bell in the very first round.

 

If the fight was in the UK I wouldnt of been surprised if Maidana was stopped with out a count.

 

That was amazing. Showed you what he's made of inside. I'm guessing most fighters would've stayed down.

Myself and everyone watching with me thought it was over because that just doesn't happen, but then low and behold, Khan doesn't go back to the body much anymore. Khan should have had atleast 1 out of every 4 shots going at Maidanas body. I don't know what he was thinking.

Also, Most fighters stay down because they know about the devestating beating they are about to receive if they get up. Maidana was damaged badly. Lucky for him the round was over. Khan still should have took him out and maidana showed some serious heart coming back from that.

Manny is epic, cool, and all things good. Okay. Brilliant. But I don't see how we can sit here and compare him taking two shots to the body, wincing, and then carrying on beating the **** out of his opponent, to Maidana crumpling to the floor, laying down, almost crying, and then jumping back up and protecting his ribs for almost a whole round. Boggles the mind.

 

I agree with you. I was just stating that both have a ton of heart.
