    I don't know...maybe at 147. But stopping Cayo with such a short shot to the solar plexus having hardly any space in the clinch says something. We saw against Peterson how much punishment Cayo could take.

    He's not a mini-Foreman, but he can bang for sure.

    he's heavy handed, but he's not a one punch KO artist as some make him out to be

    You missed the point I was making - if there was a fighter with Mathysse's technique and Accuracy and more power than Maidana he would KO judah, If mathysse had everything like people are saying he would have KO'd Judah.

    He did very well against khan - Khan is still an excellent fighter, undertrained against morales, flabby against DV. Mathysse is waiting for everyone to run out of gas before he fights, With his style if wanted he could have gotten all the fights

    If Maidana had any power he would have KO'd glass chinned Khan or dropped Alexander which Matthysse did, or Campbell 9 times instead of once.

    Matthysse > Maidana

    Like I said Matthysse's technique and accuracy > Maidana's technique and accuracy

    If maidana had Matthysse's technique and accuracy he would have 'KO'd glass chinned Khan or dropped Alexander'.

    This isn't a discussion who's the better fighter but who has the most power, you fail to realise that attributes add up to make a fighter

    How is his power overrated?

    Who overrates it? and what classes as 'overrated'?

    He is one of the hardest if not the hardest hitter at 140... It's a fact.

    How can it be overrated?

    If people are saying @147 he is a monster hitter then yes maybe.. but nobody is saying that.

    His power got him into the fights and situations he has been in

    his losses are down to his poor skill and crude style

    @140 Maidana is force
    @147 not so much...

    Evidence of heavy-handedness. :nod

    His technique is at times woeful, which is what holds him back from being a really murderous puncher like his countryman. (who I think has just a bit more raw power anyway, on top of better technique)

    Since making his splash against Vic, he's been called - frequently at that - the pound for pound hardest puncher in the sport, or thereabouts.

    That, he isn't.

    What he is in fact, is what you've said. One of the biggest punchers at 140.

    Far cry from the above statement, which does by definition constitute overrating (being that it isn't true)

    Vysotsky - are you ****ing retarted, did I say that those pictures show anything, I just posted them to show his last few opponents damage from Maidana.

    You still fail to realise my actual point, instead you write random **** about how he couldn't KO Glass chinned khan - Are that dumb that you don't realise that it could be due to lack of technique or accuracy rather than Lack of Power, If it only took Power to KO people, David Tua would have KO'd alot more fighters and would have atleast for a little while become champion

    He isn't really a 147 fighter
    If he wants to stay at 147 and be successfull he needs to start working his ass OFF.

    Chubby cakes needs to realise that and get it on with Mattyse and Rios @ 140

    saying he is P4P the hardest is bull**** lmao.

    Kinda like how Rios may look against alvarado@ 140 - Will he be chubby and all of a sudden have dilluted power like Maidana @147?
