Hey Evil G, awesome avatar!. I don't think Pacquiao is a top twenty all time great yet. If he knocks out Floyd Mayweather jr, I would put him in. Right now, I have him about 30th.

Man, I love all of the old fighters...but people act like newer generations aren't better. We listen to people like Manny Stewart, Burt Sugar, and other writers waaaaay too much. These list never change. Why is it just in stone that SRR is the best ATG? Not to say that he's not, but damn! This like saying that for the NBA that George Mikan is the best center of all time, or that Bob Cousy is the best point guard. Or calling Jim Thorpe the greatest football player ever. You can't compare eras of fighters so we need to start seperating by decades...maybe atg's in 20 year spans. Just my opinion...like, who are the top 20 since 89? Let's cut the bull****. We have fighters chasing ghost.

    No.

Top 35 definitely, top 30 maybe, top 25 not quite yet.

A win over Mayweather (or Marquez if he wins) puts Pac in top 15 territory though.

If a Pac win over Mayweather is so crucial in him moving up, where does tis put Mayweather on you guys list as there is a lot to gain in beating him? Is this a case of beating the man to be the man?

Pacquiao is still fighting, the guy just turned 30. Can we please stop all these rankings? Let the man finish his legacy.

But for arguments sake, the man is between 30-40 based on the current ATG lists and the criterias that got guys there.

    100% agree

and Asero, win 1 fight at 140 doesn,t make you an ATG at that weight

Here's the thing, if Pac beats PBF, Mosley, and Cotto. Just those three, warrants him serious consideration to get in the top 20.

Anything less, then he belongs at the top 30.

Pacquiao is definitely top 50, if he beats Mayweather he takes Antonio Tarver`s place on my top 10.
