Comon I know his win over Hatton was good, but Hatton was overrated and a win over him shouldn't elevate Pacquiao to top 20, that's just crazy.

I want to see the top 20 ATG list of the people who voted yes...

*edit* I forgot Saddler who I have always had between 17-23 that moves Manny down a spot.

I think right around #30 is a fair spot for him. Top 20 is too high. That would have to be reserved for him if Mayweather looks good against JMM and he then beats Floyd. The resmue is certainly stacked and he has been on an absolute tear lately. No one wants to fight this man unless they are getting a huge payday.

**** no! Beating Barrera and a shot Morales doesn't make him top 20. He lost to JMM twice. Beat another shot fighter in Oscar. Hatton looked like mierda in his last two fights and is close to being shot, he's also not that good to start with. No Paq is not top 40.

assuming ofcourse the JMM beats PBF...imagine JMM and Pac would be fighting for the p4p title and best fighter since leonard at the very least

We aren't talking about those other fighters, we are talking about Pac. To rank Pac above Roy Jones, Tito, and a bunch of other ATG's is sad, and boxing blastphemy. Some of you guys don't have a sense of boxing history. Pac is fighting during a time when he could win 6 titles in 6 weight classes.

IMO, Pac didn't beat a credible flyweight champion, he didn't beat a worthy lw champion, he fought a shot Dlh, lost to a past it Morales, beat a past it Barrera twice, and imo won and lost against Juan Marquez. We are talking about ATG status, you know, a fighter who took on everyone...a guy who took on all comers name or no name, and Pac has not done this.

Lets set the record straight. Pacquiao beat a very dangerous and accomplished champion Saskul when he was at his best. Pac became lineal at 112 after that. He moves up and KO's Ledwaba who had came off 5 impressive IBF defenses so we would have to say Ledwaba was prime as well.

Then he moves up and TKO's a top 5 p4p fighter and ATG in Marco Antonio Barrera when Barrera just game off a win over Erik Morales in their 2nd fight. Barrera was slightly past his prime but not far off. This was his biggest win to date.

He then faces another excellent fighter in JMM who had 2 of the major belts at 126 only 2 losses in his long carrer and one was a DQ lost in his first fight. We all know the results to this fight.

Then comes Erik Morales, a fighter who is slightly past his best but still elite. Morales controlled most of that fight, was outboxing and outbrawling Pac but Pac was competative and showed a lot of heart, chin, and toughness in that fight by staying on his feet. Great fight

2nd Morales fight Erik came out strong once again and continued to do what he did in the first fight. Pacquiao just keep the pressure on and was finally able to break him down and TKO him in the 11th round. Another classic fight

Beat Barrera and Morales one more time and he dominated both contests.

JMM vs Pac II classic fight between 2 ATG's and this one was even closer than the first. I thought Marquez one by a point but it could have gone either way.

    Dominates and KO's Diaz

Whoops DLH into retirement as a heavy underdog.

    Destroys Hatton into probable retirement.

His resmue is the best of the decade and he is definately a top 40 ATG with those wins.

I just see the logic in rating PAC so damn high because of ODH and Hatton both fighters were not nor near his best opponent to fight so if you are going to knock Floyd for this then Pac needs to be as well.

You forgot to speak about PAc's losses, and how he lost to. You have great, ATG, and legend status, and some of you have ranked Pac higher than some ATG's. You must be out of your

Definitely not. Seriously, a win over Ricky Hatton is supposed to sway my opinion of him that greatly? He's a great fighter, and as of this moment more than likely a top 50 ATG, but let's see how the rest of his career goes before getting completely carried away. Let's not forget the guy couldn't even comprehensively beat the best fighter he ever faced (in fact most had him losing at least one of those bouts). He's a weight jumping marvel, but that doesn't make him one of the best of all time when it comes to defeating elite opposition, at any weight (I really wish a ******* would try to respond to this as well).

I could also say that Tito never beat a prime ATG he received a gift against DLH,beat a way past his prime Whitaker and got exposed by Hopkins and Wright twice, and that Jones beat a green Hopkins and a weight drained Toney or that he ducked Benn,DM,Jirov,Calzaghe etc.
like you see you can pick almost every fighter´s resume apart and make it look like he hasnt done **** when its not the case.

You also say that he didnt beat a credible flyweight champion but Sasakul was a damn good fighter who had just beat one of the best flyweights of recent times in Yuri Arbachakov, you also say that Barrera and Morales were past they´re primes when Pac beat them but Pac wasnt in his prime either when he fought those guys.

Pac isnt a top 20 ATG but his career isnt over yet.

Tito's resume speaks for itself lol. You can't dis Tito lol. You can't dis Roy either:rofl. The word "ducking" has a different meaning to me in boxing than your definition lol. You don't accuse fighters of ducking guys lol. Ducking is when a fight is made, and you do not take or fight the fighter you are SUPPOSED to fight. We are talking about PAc right now, and who cares if Sassakul beat Arbochakov...Buster beat Mike lol. Pac beat Sassakul, and got knocked out by who at flyweight? Pac is a wonderful boxer, but imo he has been fed nobodies and past it guys who weren't able to fight back except Morales and J.M.M.
