***Is Manny Pacquiao already an ATG?***

The guy has won world titles and beaten the best from flyweight to welterweight. How many other fighters can make similiar claims that are not considered all-time greats?

He isn't the GOAT, and short of beating Mayweather, Martinez, and Wlad, he never will be. Is he a ATG? No question about it. I don't see why the question needs to be asked. As of 1:55 EST, 46 people voted "no" unless those people consider ATG to be top 10, those people are all trolls, or don't know anything about boxing.

I personally think Pac should be no lower than top 30 on anyone's list. A win over Mayweather, and he should be no lower than top 20 on anyone's list. But...haters gonna hate.
