    I HAVE THE SOLUTION!

Do tests for 14 days but then let the USDA keep constant surveillance of whatever Pacquiao and Mayweather consume for the days leading up to the fight.

And you old man never seems to amaze me as well. It seems like you're still bitter about Pacquiao retiring your hero. :rofl

Doesn't Horus have a Radio boxing talk show of some sort? I think Iheard one them (on mediafire), he seems a bit partial to Floyd, and somewhat more critical of Pac.

There should be no compromise. There are no cut offs in random testing. Pac looks like a dirty moron to fans who are not either Phillipino, stupid, or in love with the guy. Pac dodged the first fight over the testing either because he doesn't want the fight or there is a PED problem.

    1. That does not make sense, if Floyd agreed to the 3 blood tests they see can what he's on. Pacquiao agreed to a blood test when the contract is signed, plus a urine test was already done. Why would they put an offer to do the blood test when the contract is signed, if he has something to hide?

    2. Maybe

    3. That doesn't make sense either, Pacquiao and his camp were the ones calling to institute it through NSAC. They were willing to follow through to what NSAC put into place.

I honestly think at 1st Manny didnt want to be dictated to,might genuinelly have a phobia about giving blood, and then i think theyalso realized that the fight would be even bigger once manny and Floyd got 2 sizeable obstacles out of the way in Clottey and Mosley....I think he has softened his stance to the 14day cut-off to call Floyds bluff and get him in the ring...plus if anything it makes for news and as we know any news is good news and that transitions to hype and marketing to sell a fight.

We are still on this shite? USADA has a few loop holes in it. Mayweather and Mosley got away with murder in that fight. They weren't tested more than a week before the fight. They had plenty of time to 'roid up 5 weeks before the fight, when they were not tested. It only takes 19 hours for EPO to leave the system.

Mayweather demands changed between the end of those negotiations to now, He has said since those negotiations ended no cut-off, Pacquiao meeting compromises from 6 months ago is like someone trying to get the Christmas Sale discount in July. **** has changed. Come up to speed now.
