Pacquiao has received alot of criticism lately because he cant seem to KO anyone anymore. Do you think its justified? He couldnt hurt a Tim Bradley who was fighting with injuries in both feet. Bradley took some BIG shots from Pacquiao and wasnt wobbled at all. His stamina was also suspect since he was taking the first half of many rounds off. whats going on with Pac Man?

He has ran out of opponents who play into his style, and of course his legs are close to becoming shot or are already shot.

Mosley fight emmanuel couldn't cut the ring off and had a leg cramp.

Juan fight emmanuel couldn't cut the ring off and had leg cramps again.

Timmeh fight emmanuel couldn't cut the ring off and spent 20 minutes of HBO broadcast time warming up in fear of getting leg cramps.

He's been declining to take the tests for some time now.

I can't tell. I've not watched any of his fights in the last 4 years. That's why I can't tell.

He looked out of shape on the first episode of 24/7, when he showed up the the gym in the Phillapines. and he even said it was the first time he had been back to the gym since his last fight. haha.

I think he no longer has the punching power, or stamina.

hahahahah. Funny cuz Montoya was defending him for declining the tests in the initial negotiations. Now Montoya is all "Pro VADA", and supposedly his "primary concern is the safety of the fighters". well i wonder how come montoya never did a story about Vada offering free testing for the Pacquiao Bradley fight. Bradley was ok with it. Guess who declined?

You dont lose punching power mate. His last few opponents havent gone straight for Pac which plays into his hands. Thats why he's not stopping people.

To decline one would have to ascend first.

    Thus Pacquiao cannot be declining.

Pacquiao HAS lost punching power. He landed some HUGE shots on Tiny Tim and Timmy was mixing it up on the inside as well.
