I know what you mean. Still complaining about other people complaining isn't the way to go about it. I'm certain if this site was around and more popular in the late 90s, we'd be bitching about DLH, Trinidad, Mosley and so on. You don't appreciate something until it truly leaves. Ya know how the song goes.
you're right. i'm probably in the wrong thread anyways. During the unending tirade of pac and may threads in the general, I spent most of my reading in the lounge and classic threads. I thought it would be over but there sure isn't a shortage of topics for those two guys. 'is pac really humble'?
Okay good, we're getting somewhere. (Watch Enzo avoid this lads) ...Was Manny acting like a sore loser after Morales I?
:rofl:rofl:rofl But seriously, I think Pac is truly humble. I remember him appearing on local tv in the Philippines a few days after his second fight with Morales where he said something like this "I'm not better than Morales, he is the better fighter and I just beat him that night"
Again, thanks for stating the obvious mate, but you didn't properly address the question. Reason being you have an agenda, that's fine. I've been there.
That's a yes. :good Good. I'll offer you a truce if you want Enzo...I'm here drunk after a night out...why not lol. We're all Boxing fans at the end of the day.
Not only acting, he was a sore loser that night and wanted to put the blame on somebody else for the loss but in fairness to him, he really balked before the fight for being compelled to use a pair of gloves which was not his choice.
I'm not entirely sure, but I can only assume you have one with your reply. Manny was acting the sore loser, but I think I agree with the majority, that doesn't mean he isn't humble. I was posing a question, not making a statement with the thread.
Marco put up with gloves that didn't fit him in Morales III and still put on a wonderful display. Manny was just bettered on the night. No shame in it .
he made some excuses... thats common to fighters. But then again he still gave morales his due, in fact they ended up as good friends. now that tells you what kind of guy pac is.
Absolutely. I particularly enjoyed the commercial they made together. I still think Manny could have dealt with the defeat better but he's only human.
