I have no idea why you people keep arguing the obvious.......
If Floyd really thought he could beat Manny as easy as some of the say, he wouldn't have ducked him. If Floyd thought he could beat Tony Margarito he'd have fought him instead of Baldomir for less $$$$$$$$$$$.
Floyd only fights when he's sure he can win. After all he never fights away from home in Vegas where he has the commission in his pocket. He also insists on every advantage, such as catchweight to weight drain guys.
Everyone knows Floyd thought Paquaio could beat him it was so obvious a blind man could see it. Grow a set Floyd fight Manny in Texas I dare ya ROFL. There is more chance of hell freezingover

Manny Pacquiao would never have beaten Mayweather then or now. Not a chance.

Bull****!!!! Obviously the ball less , woman beating coward Floyd the Fraud didn't think that or he'd have fought him instead of making every excuse possible not to have to .
Floyd was scared shitless of Margarito too . Floyd saw what Tony did to Cotto's face & ran like a little girl:patsch

Manny gets his ass beat something stupid, add as many smiley's as you want, but those that follow and understand boxing know the score.

no, manny never had anything for floyd. that herky jerky style would be too easy to time. its ok with someone with zero timing ability like hatton or cotto but not against a guy like mayweather.

old ass morales timed the hell out of him

Let Nacho Beristain break it all down for you:

"It’s a very good, important fight but that fight should not happen. Because I believe Pacquiao will beat Mayweather. You’re gonna take away the glory that has made Mayweather these past years. Mayweather’s style – when he fights someone that pressures him and throws a lot of punches – he just beats him up. It won’t be an easy fight but Pacquiao will win the fight. Pacquiao will definitely win."

Easy fight/money for Floyd ( no need to fight Pacquiao ). So, Floyd only fight the hard fights...vs A shot Mosley, a shot Cotto, Ortiz :rofl, and Guerrero :rofl ?

itd be an easy fight for floyd just like the others. itd probably look most like guerrero with manny getting discuraged half way through,

like in the 3rd fight when marquez was schooling him and manny was being weary

The quote by Mr. Beristain is misleading as he mentioned that a few years back. It wasn't like he mentioned that as of recent.

Ask Nacho what he thinks if they met in the ring at this CURRENT juncture. if I remember correctly, he stated just a few WEEKS ago that the only way any fighter can beat Mayweather is if they bring a baseball bat to the ring.

Personally, if Pacman looked as good as he did in the Marquez 4 fight (he looked exceptional up until the obvious KO,) I think it would be a pretty tough fight for Floyd, possibly the toughest of his career. The reason why I think Mayweather would beat him though is because Pacman lunges too much with his punches and he has below average defense at best (his best defense is his exceptional blitzkrieg attack on offense.) He'd get counterpunched to death by Floyd, as long as FLoyd could take Pacman's combination punching which I think he'd be able to.

It'd probably end in a UD for FLoyd or a late Knockout. I think FLoyd has the power and beautiful counterpunching ability to knock Pacman out cold.

i think manny could win a couple rounds here and there but I'd still see a 9-3 win for mayweather. he was the favorite for a reason
