If it's merely holding titles in three decades, then Robinson was a champ in the 40s, 50s, and in 1960 until he fought Pender.

Stop it. It doesn't matter what you say, he's still not putting Robinson's face on Obama's body and using it as his avatar. :nono

So what do the Math he won his first title in 98 his most recent fight 09 thats 11 years.

Duran won his first title in 72 and his last in 89 thats 17 years!

If Manny wins a title in 2015 then we cant talk.

He doesnt even need to beat Mayweather.... I just want to see him grow a pair to actually just FIGHT Mayweather rather than a slow ass not-so-good-defensively tailor made fighter.... THEN we can talk about true greatness.

Until then, give it a rest biggin up your overrated, cherry-picking, fraudulent idol.

He's been the underdog for every major fight, barring Hatton. Only now, after he's destroyed them all, do self proclaimed experts claim they knew he was going to win, or his opponent all of a sudden became shot or all of a sudden not good in the first place.

He's filipino, he looks more like a ladyboy than a fighter. He smiles, he hops around like a bunny, he has a girly voice...he doesn't spit at opponents and attack them after the bell or after the fight like the great role model Duran...

....he came from LF(106lbs) and is now at WW(147lbs), he has fought in 7 different weight divisions and won titles in all 7 of them. 7 weight world champion. First ever. He's come up from 106lbs and beaten Morales(122-130lb legend) and Barrera(122-130lb legend) and Marquez(126-135lb top 10 of the era fighter) and Hatton(140lb king of the era) and De La Hoya(legend, world titles in 6 weight classes, fought at MW) and Cotto(top 10 fighter of the era, 140lb-147lb)

Now if your favourite fighters, that just HAD to be brought up in this thread by someone, gets MASSIVE credit for moving up a few weight classes and LOSING to his legendary competition....how in the MOTHER**** can you discredit Pacquiao who came up from LIGHT FLYWEIGHT and DESTROYED his legendary competition all the way upto WELTERWEIGHT??

7 titles at 7 weight classes, first in history. Lineal champion in 4 weight classes, first in history. De La Hoya, Barrera, Morales, Marquez, Hatton, Cotto.

Seriously, **** you guys. You talk out of your asses, because your heads have been stuck up your asses since Duran retired and you haven't seen daylight since. You hate that this tiny non-american is making big waves in the present, threatening the achievements of your glorious ancestors.
