Is Manny Pacquiao the only fighter to be lineal champ in three different decades?

How can you accuse him of cherry-picking when he has clearly amassed a stronger resume than the vast majority of his contemporaries, including your favourites Mayweather and Morales? If he is a cherrypicker (****ing abysmal comment btw) then surely those with weaker resumes than him must obviously be even greater cherrypickers? Fail.
