    I think it needs to be asked and addressed???? It's the same double standard most of us use to criticize Floyd!!

    No he's not scared of Mosley. They already told Mosley and everyone else before stepping in against DLH that if they are going to 140, if anyone wants them they can meet them there. Pacquiao doesn't need Mosley.

    Floyd is criticized for handpicking opponents, but Manny is praised, Mosley has made himself available, and we know goldenboy can get it done, but Manny doesn't seem to want it, what's the holdup???

    I would have a problem with your post, but Shane did agree to fight Pac at a catch weight. Well, if Pac fights Cotto, it will be 9 years since PAc fought a...well, I'll leave that up to you guys to figure out. Pac said he wants Floyd, so I'll hold him to his word.

    Mosley can't make 140, he already said it. That's why Pac and his team are waiting for Mayweather/Marquez winner.

    I'll state this again for those who have been twisted by the recent catch-weight craze.

    Mosley is the WW Champ and needs to defend his crown against other Welterweights, NOT chasing after catch-weight fights & the money. Mosley's first & foremost obligation is to defend his title ... That is the role adopted by anyone having the championship belt. You must defend it against MANDATORY challenges in your weight class. {Whether they pay well or not}

    In Floyds defence - He does NOT have a WW belt and isn't currently obligated to fight only Welterweights .... hense, he's free to fight anyone willing to get into the ring with him.

    I think by rule {I have to check it} If Mosley were to take an unsanctioned fight that and does NOT defend his WBC belt - then he forfeits it and the next two challengers fight for the title.

    But then again ..... Who's really following the rules these days.:huh

    It's all about big fights and Mosley doesn't need to go build up a legacy fighting the "supreme welterweights" that people call them. Who are those supreme welterweights?, Clottey and Cotto? :lol:

    Please man, Mayweather and Mosley already have their legacies built and are candidates to greatest fighters of this generation competing with Pacquiao(who is now leading). For these guys it's the big fights and ONLY big fights at this stage, they earned that position.

    Pac is fighting bigger guys while fraud is fighting a guy that two fights ago was fighting at 130.

    Pacquiao isn't afraid of Mosley, but Roach probably is.

    At the very least, Roach is smart enough to realize that Shane would kick Manny's ass.

    Scar ... judging by your reply, you totally misread my post.:huh

    I didn't mention legacy, supreme or any of the other stuff you posted.

    I'm talking about the RULES OF BOXING .... Mosley as the current champion must defend that status or lose it ..... BY RULE

    That's what I was referring to, if he doesn't want to defend it then he has the right not to and drop it for a bigger fight is one comes. He earned that position.
