yeah its somewhat the same thing, the only difference is Shane promoter and trainer arent running around talking about how Shane wants/will ight Williams only to say he isnt interested when the fight was accepted. Shane has stated that he wants big money fights. And Shane will fight Williams he just dont want to because its not going to be a huge payday. Dont get confused, Shane will fight anyone, and his career proves that.

So your accusing Pac's team of calling out Mosely, I would like to see some sources on this. Pac's team has mentioned Mosely as a possibility but never called out shane. If anything its Mosely who opened his mouth first months ago sayin he wants to fight the winner of Hatton/Pac.

Manny is scared of Bradley, Campbell, and every other real fighter at 140. For the people that cry, why?, its easy, he hasn't challenged any of the best fighters at 140, instead he is trying to fight 147 fighters below 144.

Half the people praising Manny, are the same ones who criticize PBF for fighting Oscar at 154, not a catchweight but at 154, the weight that Oscar had his title.

I was going to call fans but your really not, being that most of you dont post on anything not pac related.

:patsch He already beat the # 1 140 lbs for 4-5 years in hatton. Manny ****ed up cuz now when he fights any other 140 lbs fighter he wont get much credit for winning since he already KTFO the # 1 Jr Welterweight. :nut

Hatton was never the best fighter at 140, so this nuthugger talk of Hatton being the head and shoulders best fighter at 140 is bull****. Bradley, Witter, Holt, Torres, D-Hop, and Campbell are all fighting at 140, why is Manny ducking them to try to fight weight drained welterweights.

    What are you smoking?

Hatton has been the #1 fighter at 140 since he beat Tszyu and never lost that title, your opinion doesn't go above facts.

Beating Tszyu never made him the number 1 Jr. WW, it might have made him a titlist, but not the best. Hell Koysta wasn't be best Jr. WW when they fought so that argument is moot.

Hatton had one of the worst reigns as a champion that I've ever seen, almost as bad as Andre Berto's. He fought absolutely no one of any note as a champion, the only other titlist at 140 he fought was the weakest champ at the time, Carlos Maussa. He could have fought Mayweather at 140 but ran, could have fought Cotto, could have fought Torres, could have fought Witter, could have fought Holt, but he choose to fight the likes of Urango, Maussa, and Lazcano.

This is a silly post! It's Mosley, the WW champ who's picking the small guy in Pac who's a LWW belt holder and not the other way around like the poster wants to imply! Pac at most is a small LWW and realistically, he shouldn't be fighting the big guys at 147. Let us not forget that this same Mosley was once WBC, WBA and IBA champ at 154 and had about 6 or 7 fights at that weight against such fighters as ODLH, Fernando Vargas, Winky Wright and lastly Mayorga whom he KOd before he moved down to beat Margarito at 147.

I think this is just the ongoing nature of fighters fighting outside of their true weight class.

Cotto, Clottey and co are all 154-160lbers who shrink down prior to fight night. When you compare them against Floyd Mayweather, Manny Pac and co who all stay beneath 150lbs even on fight night, fighting at 147 - then you start to realise the difference.

Saying Floyd only fights small fighters, when he himself was a legitimate 130-135lber is hilarious.

Same as saying Pacquaio must be afraid because he won't fight at 147 - would you give up a 20lb advantage in the ring with a 5-6" height advantage solely because your opponent can shrink/dehydrate himself down to a weight he has no business at?

Bring back same day weigh ins - then this bull**** goes away.

You're either uninformed, clueless or just playing delusional.

Kostya Tszyu was the unified champion at 140, his belts dropped late in his career doesn't change that fact as he was unbeaten since he unified. The lineal title, IBF and #1 spot was on the line when he fought Hatton and Hatton won. He was OFFICIALLY recognized as the #1 fighter before Hatton fought him, you want to tell us your opinion, which is obviously worthless, means more than how things work in the sport?

His title reign can be unimpressive to you, I really don't care. In the end he was officially recognized as the #1 fighter for beating the #1 fighter. Your opinion doesn't go above how things work in the sport, it remains your opinion and is a delusional one.

This is like saying Buster Douglas wasn't #1 after beating Tyson because he was a journeyman who got "lucky" or it's like saying Rahman isn't #1 for beating Lewis because he was a journeyman who got "lucky". You can say that all you want, in the end these guys will be mentioned in history books related to the sport as former #1 fighters in their weight divisions for beating the #1 fighter. How long they lasted or what a few unknown fans say about them won't change those FACTS.
