Oscar is shot! All the elite and good boxers whom Pac had defeated, from Sasakul, Ledwaba, Barrera, Morales and even Marquez were shot fighters! Pac would never beat them if he fought them in their prime, right? Come on, when are we going to give Pac credit for all he did for boxing?:patsch

Pac defeated him right? Therefore, Oscar was that shot! Pac wins only against shot fighters!:-(

Hoya is past his prime, but he looked no different against Pacquiao than he did in his previous fights with Mayweather and Forbes. It's only because he got dominated that people just assume there must be a difference. If Hoya had struggled to a split decision the same way he did against Floyd, there wouldn't be this kind of talk of him being "shot". Which isn't fair, because it means a fighter essentially gets less credit for doing more.

Well all that will be put ot rest when Pac finally fights a guy in his prime, natural weight, is not a part time fighter or a Mexican who was involved in wars when most of the posters in this thread were not even born. A guy who also don't look like a ghost like Mr Fishnet or Morales at the weigh in. A guy who stepped out of his old trainers comfort zone in order to improove . A guy who showed considerable improovment against a difficult runner after minimal time with said new trainer.. A guy who most likely will have his weakness, lunging in with chin up, under control comes fight time.

I love it. For most "experts" here the upcoming Hatton fight is a foregone conclusion. I suspect this forum will be pretty quiet if this "foregone" conclusion will be derailed.

It is not unreasonable to say that Pac has his most difficult test of his entire career in front of him in a few months in Vegas.

Manny is very good, but, for whatever reason, that was a poor version of Oscar.

well, don't ****ing whine that hatton is shot or weighdrained if pac beats him next. be a man, accept that hatton lost to a better man that night and that pac is facing the PRIME version of hatton.

pac doesn't need to prove anything to guys like you

Exactly...you see how when Floyd beat Hatton, he got little credit. If Pac beats Hatton, PAc fans will turn that win over Hatton into a legendary win. You don't believe me...check the above post. This is only the beginning! lol

Hatton is far from shot but he left primeland behind against KT, but he will still be way too strong for the Pinoy.

Oscar wasn't shot against MP a little shop worn maybe, he just ****ed up his prep, couldn't make the weight safely and he paid the price...he won't be the first or last fighter in history to **** up so badly.

ODLH weighing in at 145 was a shock, a bigger shock was him climbing through the ropes at fight time only a pound heavier.....anyone who thinks that this is remotely normal knows absolutely **** all. In my opinion Oscar followed the Duran weight loss plan and overdid it badly. I wouldn't be in the least bit surprised to learn that he had been taking diuretics to help him cut weight, overcooked it and this would help explain why he only weighed a pound more than weigh in when he climbed through the ropes...drink a pint of water, and **** 2 in return, its a recipe for disaster.
