Floyd has/has more physical skills in boxing than Manny, but other intangibles, such as what Manny means to his country, and his
being elected to his government, handing out millions of $ to his poor people, mean quite a lot and raise him above the sport itself,
IMO. I'm not aware of any charitable contributions Floyd has made, if he has made some, I'd like to hear it. Floyd has spent time in jail
for domestic violence, which is not a good optic.

Handing out money to poor people in the Philippines means nothing, it's part of politics. EVERYONE here (i live in the Phils) knows this. People literally go back to their provinces to get free money during election.
