Yeah, yeah, yeah....I agree with Kellerman 100%. Screw Mayweather.....Margarito has been fighting all the top guys at 147 and deserves some f'n respect. Kellerman was right too about Floyd's legacy. He was great during the first part of his career (130-135) but lacking in the second.

The Cintron rematch was only going to go one way and that was Margarito's way. And Cintron had won a belt and people started to pump him up like they did before the first fight with Margarito.

NOW we see that Clottey and Williams were high risk now not before the fight. Clottey was a complete no name and was suppose to be a showcase for Margarito. Now everyone sees how good Clottey is. And Williams was suppose to get ran though by Margarito. Not to mention he was a mandatory.

And why are people "haters" for wanting him to prove that he is the best Welterweight in the world by fighting the guy that beat him???

I totally agree with this. PBF cherrypicked like a mofo when he moved up. That wasn't a bad decision, but it's the truth.

Agreed. I want to see him rematch both guys.

Paul Williams, especially, has to get his props. Yes he blew it against Quintana the first time, but he crushed him in the rematch.

I think Williams-Margo II is going to be huge. I hope it's made sometime relatively soon and promoted properly. It is one of the biggest, if not the biggest, fights in the sport right now.

    The Truth:

Margarito has my respect! But it can only go so far. And as someone said n an earlier post... Seems like if he was such a relentless savage and Mexican Warrior, he would be camped out at Paul Williams doorstep looking for a rematch...

He clearly wants no part of it.

And that makes him not much better than Floyd.

If Margarito fights a scrub in his next fight i bet you that Kellerman or whoever will mention Paul Williams. Bet your house on it.

Margarito has just earned his first Million dollar pay day against Cotto dumbass so he doesn't have millions in the bank. Let him fight De la hoya so he can retire him for good.

Read the post carefully before you call someone a dumbass! I said over his career! And that would include the Cotto massacre, as well as the Clottey escape, the Contron bullying, and his PUNISHMENT from Paul. SO....... Who's the ****ing idiot????

LOL! So damn true. Remember when Max couldn't shut up about Zab?

Mexican Legend: I agree. Margo needs to make some coin before Williams II. But I don't think ODLH will fight him.

willaims is listed at 6 ft 1 but he is far far bigger then that, even at his first showcase on hbo they said he was a super middle who can make welter, the guy is a giant for the divison, a guy like kermit cintron is a very big welter paul williams is freakish tall for the divison, i agree that he should fight williams to, but i also think its fair for a guy who had to make his carrer the hard way to attempt to get a big money fight after to great perfromacnes agaisnt cintron and cotto and a bigger stage then before, margaritto took on williams, clottey, cintron and cotto, thats 4 darn good fighters, i dont think marg is unbeatable or anything, but he has a fair claim to top welter in the world and has the right to ask for and oscar, mosley, or mayweather fight before fighting paul williams

Dumb ****, he has to pay his training crew and his manager. Do you really think he has that kind of money? FYI he will beat the **** out of Paul "the clincher" Williams.

Thats according to you. From memory, everyone here thought williams would be a tough match up given his size. Regardless, Margo fought all his mandatories which is something pbf never did.

I have no doubt Margo will fight Williams again. I just think its ok for margo to get a big money fight first, then he can fight william again since margo has more than earned it. I dont see why people are worried that margo wont fight williams again when he already fought him with margo didnt have to. If margo wanted to, he could have dropped the wbo belt to fight cotto and nobody would have had a problem with that. Let margo get a nice payday then he will go back to fighting the best available like he has always done.

That's what I'm talking about. His fans somehow think he "deserves" some type of payday. These guys need to fight the best available and not worry about fighting the guy who can pay you the most. That type of crooked and blatant disrespect for the sport is what has the potential for killing it.

It's about the money plain and simple. He is no more fearless than Floyd

Oh.. and as far as that
