    I think instead of getting all hysterical like a bunch of schoolgirls, it's best to wait for all the facts before convicting someone.

    His rep shouldn't be tainted by this - he always wrapped under supervision of the athletic commission and his opponent's corner. If there was something untoward, it was their responsibility to notice it and take corrective action. Their failure to do so can only mean that it couldn't have been THAT illegal and any advantage that Marg would have in the fight as a result is their own fault, not his. That's why they have the rules they have.

    ...it is boxing..everything is full of burocracy every steps...we might never know for sure....and once again yet another black eye for boxing...

    Fighting with loaded gloves is equal to attack attack someone with your stick in hockey as a weapon, like Marty Sorley of the B ruins a few years back or even the four Flyers convicted of assault....

    The same as beaming a batter with a ball....shameful acts period

    if he put plaster of Paris in his wraps, that's the worst kind of cheating possible. and it looks like he has done it so yeah margachetor is tarnished. (unless he is innocent.. but i am on my high horse at the moment, the view is nice up here)

    Not among objective boxing fans, who will recognize a) that no definitive proof has yet emerged; and b) even if it does, it proves nothing about ANY other fight.

    Margartito's rep is tainted, and he can kiss any chance at the hall of fame goodbye.

    We don't know in which fights Margarito loaded his gloves besides this one.

    I don't think so. If Margarito came back and beat someone like Cotto( again) without those illegal hand wraps, i think people will forget about the indecent because he would have done it fair and square that time which would make the wraps irrelevant. Hes still a good fighter, he just has to avoid Shane Mosley if he wants to get back to the top again. If Cintron was to win a title again, then i can definitely Margarito taking that fight and that would be a good start.
