IS MARGARITO the slowest welterweight champ ever?

    I was watching Margarito/Pacquiao earlier and I noticed that Margarito has the speed of a HEAVYWEIGHT. His punches are super slow and so is his feet. Can anybody think of a slower welterweight champion from the past?

    Pac is just super fast. Margo is slow but far from the slowest ever.

    Baldomir is slower than Margo.

    I don't know about that. They're both pretty slow. Marg looks slow against everybody

    that's his main asset. that's why he can afford to keep moving forward and punching. once his opponent slows down, margo wll finish him.

    Rewatch the fight, and not clips. Margarito banged away at Pac against the ropes. Not fast, but definitely not slow.

    Yes, Margarito is slow with punches that come with advanced delivery notices... So why did Floyd duck him?
