i think it is.that just tells you how good he really is,no matter how much we all want to see him get destroyed for once,it's not gonna happen with marquez and i really dont see him getting beat by pac or anybody else at 147 but thats just my oppinion

You are fighting first time after an almost 2 years of retirement from boxing against a guy 2/3 divisions lighter than you and also you have all the advantages over that guy then definitely it's a tuneup fight...;)

It's also a mismatch fight and expected to be a BORING fight...:D

What you expect and what you get are two different things.

I think the fight will be a classic and the people who miss out will be commenting on this board asking for highlight videos.:rofl

The answer would be yes. Marquez is Mayweather tune up. The hardest tune up in recent years!!!, This guy Marquez is a damn BOXER:bbb

Come fight night we are gonna see that Marquez is ripped, the 2 month postponement has benefited Marquez greatly people tend to over look that.

Tune-up in the sense that it will give Floyd a clear indicator of where his skills are. Is it Pac vs Diaz? No. Marquez will be strong and good on the night.

What people expected to happen (BORING fight) will be the most probable thing to happen... Or else they didn't expect it in the first place...

The probability that it could turned out an "exciting" fight is very small...

2 master counterpunchers waiting on each other on who will punch first...:rofl

    Definitely a tune-up fight....people claiming this to be a great fight is just ridiculuos...LW against a WW...LOL

I hope PBF wont keep ong running and potshotting his way to a UD win...potshotting a LW would be pathetic...He should destroy Marquez...

Did you see the countdown? The size difference is blown out of proportion.

they are closer in size than I even thought.

If only Juan Manuel was 5 years younger... sigh. Anyway, any confirmation on the weight or is it still a guessweight?

Anyway, yeah it's a tune-up. That's why if Marquez wins, it will be called an "upset".

Floyd is one of the smallest welterweight out there. You acting like Mayweather is Margarito or Mosley.
