If this is true and Arum contemplated on having Manny fight Marquez and Marquez went overboard, then Marquez is not being very smart:

"Schaefer said Arum approached him on Thursday to discuss the possibility of making a third fight between Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez. But the discussions went nowhere because besides insisting on a 50-50 split, Marquez also asked for the same level of drug testing as Mayweather. Schaefer also said that while he had not spoken to Shane Mosley about a future fight with Pacquiao, it was likely that Mosley would also require blood testing before any fight with Pacquiao."

    It probably went like this:

Arum: Hey Schaefer, is Marquez there? Can you ask him if he's interested in a Pac fight?

Schaefer: Yeah, he's here, talk with him..

Arum: Hey Juan, interested with a Pac fight?

Marquez: (shocked and salivating) Wait, did you just say a fight with Manny?

    Arum: Yeah, with Manny, interested?

Marquez: Hmm, yeah, but it has to be 50-50.

Arum: But Manny is p4p king.

    Marquez: 50-50

    Arum: But, but...

    Marquez: 50-50

    Arum: But, but...

Marquez: 50-50 and random blood testing too, and unlimited supply of urine from Pac.

    Arum: whatever! (drops the phone)

    :D

marquez drinks urine. hes probably banking on pacquiaos containing some type of super human hormones in it, for personal consumption of course.

That is precisely what I am thinking too.

Imagine limiting Pacquaio's fight (career) options just because of a rumor.
