Is mayweather a coward?

The division is clear. Floyd is a brave man to pick the career that he has, but compared to some other fighters he doesn't have the confidence/desire/courage to make fights anymore where he's truly threatened by the opposition. He fights purely for money now. However, it doesn't stop him from talking about how he'd do if he fought Mosley, etc, without proving his words. Floyd has had many opportunities to prove it and chosen not to thus far at every turn.

To put it more simply, here's what most people regard as the best fighters in the Welterweight division.
Mosley
Cotto
Margarito
Clottey
Floyd

All of these fighters have fought some combination of each other except Floyd, who has fought none of them. All of the other fighters have called out Floyd to some extent, and he could have easily made a fight with Mosley instead of Marquez as his comeback fight, a fight which would have garnered him praise, and a fight the fans want to see by far more than the Marquez fight, but it didn't happen. There have been other opportunities for Floyd in the past, but it didn't happen then either. Very telling.

 

Is Floyd a coward lol... Is he or isn't he? What those guys are doing now, Floyd did at 130... Berto hasn't fought anyone of the guys, and he is a te WBC champ. Floyd has come back so fights with any of those guys is possible. Floyd came up in weight and came to their division, and beat the man who held all the titles, so you have no point. Those guys had to start fighting each other since Floyd moved to their division. It would look stupid for them to wait around like they were doing..waiting to get picked as if they would hit the jackpot lol...

Funny, but Floyds been chasing Mosley since the first DLH fight.

And he proposed a three fight deal with Top Rank and Bob Arum to fight Margarito, Cotto and Hatton, but Arum would not let it happen.

Nor would he let Cotto fight him in a one shot deal.

 

Floyd fought Jose Luis Castillo in a brawl with a broken rib and a torn rotator cuff, and still won. Pussies dont do that.
