Floyd is a coward if you compare him to the likes of boxers such as Ali, Frazier, Mosley, and Cotto, for a few examples. All of these fighters fight the best opposition available. And yes, Floyd used to be alright along these lines at 130 and 135....but he was last seen at 135 in 2003. Since then, it's been low risk, high money fights. As to Floyd "beating the man who held all the titles", Margarito had a title, was calling out Floyd, was considered the by far better opponent than Baldomir, etc, etc. Cotto and Mosley both had belts by early 2007 and both were regarded more highly than Baldomir beforehand anyway. And Floyd has had many opportunities to make those fights happen, and chose not to. And Berto, to me, does not rate in the class of the Welterweights mentioned, hence I didn't put his name there. Floyd is in that class, imo, but hasn't fought a single one of those opponents, which tells me that he doesn't want to. Now that he's back, yes, he can make those fights, but with his history and the fact that he could have answered a lot of his critics by fighting Mosley right now instead of Marquez, it's obvious that you can't place good odds on any of those fights happening. What Floyd will most likely do is fight Marquez, then if he wins, maybe fight Pacquaio after a long and ridiculous negotiation on both sides. I doubt he fights Cotto if Cotto beats Pac. Win or lose, he probably retires after the Pac fight if it happens.
I don't like Floyds character as a person (based on what i see & hear from him) he talks **** most of the time. But as a performer in the ring I admire him (skills).
WRONG. :rofl How the hell was fighting Oscar at 154 a low risk fight? Mayweather has never been in that division b4. How was fighting Hatton a low risk fight? Hatton was underfeatedatsch And dont give me the bull**** that Callazo exposed him. Because if that the case then Mayorga exposed Mosley and Torres exposed Cotto. When Mayweather fought Baldomir Cotto hadn't done **** in the division. Do you even no what you are talking about? How many times has Mayweather called out Mosley? I've lost count. Also how the **** do you put Ali in the same sentence as Cotto?:rofl
Cherrypicker because shane rejected him twice? Margarito is a cheating bum and Cotto hasn't called him out. So if we ignore them two fighters and put the Pacquaio fight on hold because that will happen, who has he avoided?
Which is what Cotto has just done right? No mosley rematch? No Paul Williams? No calling out Mayweather?
