Cotto never once made PBF an offer let alone even call him out and demand a fight. Says only I fight who my promoter tells me to fight. PBF wanted Cotto at 140 but Cotto was to green as stated by Arum.

Pac never once offered PBF a contract says the same **** as Cotto does about fighting who promoter puts in front of him.

Why didn't he avenge the loss to Rodney Jones who was active all the way to 2007?, why didn't he avenge the loss to Santos who was constantly calling him out?, why did he turn down a career high payday from Williams to avenge a LOSS to fight a "tune up" in Mosley to set up a rematch with none other than a guy who he beat in Cotto?

Before bringing up Concreto do your homework and see that this guy had obligations he shamelessly ignored FOR MONEY while Mayweather was moving up to Jr. Middleweight to fight DLH in a fight where DLH got all the advantages he needed and more. Margarito was fighting unranked Manuel Gomez, Sebastian Lujan and Joshua Clottey at the time and people wet their pants at how amazing he looks against these type of fighters.

Concreto doesn't avenge losses and he's a beast, I hate to imagine what haters would do if Mayweather had half dozen losses with ZERO rematch attempts to avenge any. The guy is undefeated and is being talked about by haters like he lost all 39 fights. :nut

He called out Mosley more than ANY current active fighter. He has been trying to fight Mosley since he was a lightweight and Mosley was P4P#1, Mosley turned all down and the most notable/public one was after his rematch with Vargas to clear the way for DLH to take it instead.

Cotto?, the same Cotto who always claimed he wasn't ready till Mayweather retired?. You think Arum would even consider that when he publicly announced Cotto and Margarito are locked up for a future fight despite Margarito losing to Williams?

Mayweather doesn't take risks yet Cotto is full of risks for fighting Judah, a Judah coming off a loss to Mayweather. Mayweather moving up to fight DLH in a fight where DLH got all he wanted(ring, gloves, location, money, weight) is no risk yet Coto fighting Clottey is risk.
