Are you serious? This era of welterweights is considered to be one of the greatest in history. YOu have Floyd, Cotto, Mosley, DLH, Hatton, Margarito, Cintron, Williams, Quintana, Andre Berto, and the list goes on. There is many to pick from for Floyd to fight, all he has to do is grow some balls and take on Cotto.

I'm sorry but I think you're sadly mistaken.

Agree to disagree - unless you wanna pick up the debate in 30 years and admit i'm right.

cant be serious...mosley is the only great fighter..cotto is the only other fighter that is on the path to being great..PBF already beat DLH and Hatton....

Marg,Cintron and williams are not great fighters in fact they are B-/C+ fighters

    Berto Please....
Quintana is the only B(because of skill) and he got destroyed by cotto

the current WW are not as good as made out to be..

Bruseles, Mitchell and Gatti were all ten times better than Margarito, Cintron and Williams.

Sure buddy, Floyd is a "warrior". Thats why he cant wait to fight Cotto. :patsch

You Fraud groupies like to point to PW's loss to Quintana and shoot off at the mouth, but not one word about how Zab lost to a journeyman and got a shot, how Mitchel was older than dirt when he got his shot, how Bruseles had done zero to earn a shot, how DLH will have doen nothing to earn a rematch.

regardless of what your opinion is of those fighters at 147, and the fact that they have lost fights, they have lost to each other. and the fact that they have those losses to each other some on here seem to believe that is a reason that they do not belong in the ring with pbf. which is b.s. just because they have lost, does not necessarily mean that they will lose to pbf. that is the beauty of boxing. you never know. noone gave frankie randall any chance when he fought chavez.

so even if the ridiculous garbage that some on here spew, that all of the ww need to fight each other in order to face pbf to prove who is the best is laughable. cotto beat quintana who beat williams who beat margarito who beat cintron. so does that mean thatcotto beats all of the others? the answer is no so why should cotto have to clean the division while pbf waits.

prove yourself to be the champion in the ring.

the current welterweights are very good right now. all floyd has to do is choose.floyd has yet to face a top 5 current welter.as of right now he makes no plans to do so.greats go down in history for taking challenges not running around them.an all time great no way just look at leonard or duran from 130-135 up to160.fighting the best these divisions had to offer. you should aal know mayweather is not chasing ring glory he is chasing money.why else would he change his nickname to money because it fits. lets try to change this nickname how about "hands of stone"or "hitman" nah money seems to make the most sense. you ladies keep on believing floyd is really taking the challenges.why you think he cries now after every fight,to make you believe he was really in one.floyd tighten up or you will be nothing more than an old poster on these fanboys bedroom wall.**** you wanna be great step up and challenge for the middleweight title.**** i will never forget him .roy jones has done twice as much as floyd and he is still fighting.nowadays any above average fighter whose undefeated is the greatest of all time. look at tyson, jones now mayweather . that one loss always lurks around the corner they all knew it and still know it . its just some of them choose to be great and take that chance.

And you blind Cotto followers fail to realize how Arum has no desire to put his man in the ring with PBF....

Just like....when has Cotto ever said he wanted PBF? Funny how people always say he's called out Floyd....but its no where in writing or on video.....

your first statement is stupid and invalid as no one said the i guess you're trying to be funny...
you know why zab got a shot...the contract was signed already..
Bruselles was a title eliminator and you know that..
Mitchell was his first fight at 147 he could've fought someone else but who at that time?

    :rofl :rofl :rofl

Cotto will fight anyone they put in front of him, anyone with sense can see that much.

Fraud is in effect his own manager and matchmaker, he has ducked several worthy fighters, proving himself to be a true ducker.

And you really think a Cotto that had trouble with a well past his prime mosley will take Floyds 0??? I dont think so. Mosley imposed his will on cotto and forced him into the fight of his career.

Anyone think Floyd would have that much of an issue with Mosley?

Above and beyond that, the much more relevant question - you think cotto's suspect defense and lack of lateral movement will lead him to defeating floyd? Can't beat what he can't hit - and when the match up happens, and Cotto loses a wide margin UD - find another fighter to be the next great hope of stopping floyd.
