Is Mayweather allergic to southpaws?

    Mayweather’s record against eight southpaw victims,(Sanders, Gepert, Chavez, Mitchell, Judah, Corley, Ortiz, Guerrero)is 8-0 with 4 KOs. It’s no coincidence that less than 20 percent of his opponents were left-handers. Neither Mayweather nor his father has been known to be fond of southpaws. On May 2, Mayweather faces probably the toughest left-hander he’ll ever meet, someone who could prove his allergy to southpaws is no myth.

    Which left handers should he have fought at what time, exactly?

    Judah, Guerrero, Ortiz, and Corley were all legit opponents, each at the middle or toward the top of the top 10 of the division Mayweather beat them in at the time of the fights.

    Aside from Judah for 4 rounds, none of them had success or imposed a particular threat.

    wtf is this nonsense? Eight southpaws is loads and loads. It's "no co-incidence" that "less than 20 percent" of his opponent were left handers.

    No, it's not, it's down to the fact that around ten percent of the population is left handed.

    Damn, you guys will make threads about anything when it comes to this fight.

    I was just about to say that. There's not that many southpaws compared to orthodox fighters of course he's going to fight less of them. How many has Pac fought?:nut

    Less than 20% of his opponents have been southpaws? So what?

    8 southpaws is still more than most fighters have fought.

    Majority of Pacquiao's opponents are orthodox, prime, AND Pac has 17 more fights. So he's got more experience than Floyd, right? RIGHT!?
