Is Mayweather an old, disinterested, part-time fighter?

Pac would have knocked out floyd last year, this year or next year. it doesn't matter when it happens, floyd is getting knocked out and he knows it. but still it will be a hgih profile win for Pac just like Tyson was for Lewis. But in actuality, Pac will have knocked out a manufactured, protected, coddled shell of a once great fighter when he was at 135. everything floyd did after 135 was smoke and mirrors, manufacturing, and smart business decisions.

You should have to pass an IQ test upon registration to this site, seriously.

I suppose you're expecting a retort along these lines... "LoL, but then you wouldn't be here!"

    There, now you've had it.

well oscar hadn't looked that good in those infrequent fights leading up to the fmj fight (such as struggling with the smaller forbes) whereas floyd has looked good in recent fights so i think it would be a lot harder to discredit a pac win

i don't think he's scared, but i do think he's doing exactly what calzaghe did - taking pride in his 'record' and letting his ego override the challenge - and the real chance that he might lose.

Floyd = cherry picking overrated fighter

Always has been, always will be, difference is, he's gonna be going to trial eventually, and this could be 2-3 years before he even has the option of fighting again. I'm gonna take a wild guess though that we've seen his last fight. What jury in America wont convict him when they see his 10 year old son's eyewitness account?

I think alot of it has to do with the fact that Oscar gave Mayweather a much much closer fight than people expected. I think Floyd is given less credit for the Mosley victory than for the De La Hoya one.
