Forget all the hype for a minute and the desire to see too undefeated peak P4P fighters squaring off and think about styles here.

A lot of people dislike Mayweather's defensive style.

A lot of people dislike Hatton's wrestling style.

Put the two together and what are we going to get?

Is it going to be an exciting clash between slick boxer and wild brawler?

Or will be a bore fest of half running and half clinching?

The excitement will be generated by some ohh and ahh moments where Hatton gets rough with Mayweather. In the end, though, Floyd is going to win fairly comfortably.

It's gonna be a fight to remember for sure.
I think, with hatton's footwork, he is able to be in floyds face for 36 minutes.
So it can become pretty rough and exciting.

I think that Hatton has a chance

I've found that Hersisia's don't have the greatest track record when estimating chances. =P

Hatton will wrestle a bit for sure(grab flurry grab)- but he has come to fight and knows that work rate and avoiding too many potshots is key. Its going to be a brutal fight.

I do worry that Hatton will take too many coming in. He needs to be accurate when trading with Floyd. I hope he breaks PBFs ribs

How is Hatton boring, he hugs a lot but he's a relentless attacking fighter.

yeah but he holds too much it breaks up the flow of the action

it gets monotonous and tedious watching him

yeah he hugs we all; know that ray robinson hugged lamotta,lewis,tyson,foreman,ali....EVERY ONE DOES IT i hate when people say this hugging as a bad thing it's been in the fighting sport before boxing itself...sullivan used to do wrestliong holds and throws...ali used to tangle up like nobodies business. anyways even if it is hugging ricky presses foreward so fast and barges through anybody...it negatyes his size and makes him a bull
