    Yes.

    He has adjusted though.

    No combinations,less footwork,etc.

    Exactly. He was a more complete and better boxer at 130-140. Also consider his age and that he has been inactive.

    In theory, he can't be in his prime.

    Probably this is like Holyfield in 1997: Not in his prime, but still very good. Wait three years and you will see a clear decline.
