Cutting off the ring is an underrated skill set. Many people are under the impression think it can be just picked up in a few weeks of training it can't. It's a valuable skill set learned from years and years of practice to master. Just because Pac has fast feet doesn't mean he will be able to pick it up in a few weeks and become the second coming of JCC, especially against the guy with the best footwork in boxing. It's just not going to happen and it's not that easy.

Picking up cutting off the ring for a guy like Manny who is like a sponge won't be an issue. His foot work is already there...coupled with his speed and stamina.......it's gonna be a NON ISSUE. Manny's skill sets have been getting stronger with more depth every time out. From where he was at the begining of his time with Roach to where he is now would have seen to be nearly impossilbe. Cutting off the ring won't be that hard for Manny to incorporate in to his game plan for Floyd....in my opinion. I don't think he'll need to be the second coming of JCC who was a very successful pressure fighter in order to give Floyd some major problems. Floyd won't have an easy night if he faces PAC no matter what he brings to the ring b/c Manny will be prepared with a solid game plan along with matching physical attributes that have gotten him to the highest levels of this sport.

PBF will fought like that because he was in with more cautious fighters and more natural counter-punchers who picked their shots. He knows Pac is far more offensive than these guys and will adapt by using more movement and angles. He will control the distance and choose top outbox Pac more than to take him head on and fight his fight. Although at times he will come forward behind the high guard that won't be his main plan of attack.

I also disagree the same PBF who fought Zab was top notch and it was an underrated performance if anything. He fought a guy who had many advantages against him and beat him thoroughly. That version would have given Pac the business just like any version of PBF during his career:deal
