Is mayweather planning to retire 45-0?

    Mayweather has said in the past that he is planning on fighting at least 3 more times.
    next opponents?
    1) Pacquiao - its obvious he wants to fight him next (its up to arum to make it happen)

    2) Berto or Ortiz - Golden boy is pretty much planning a Berto vs Ortiz Rematch in january. berto has vacated his IBF title for ortiz and mayweather has stated that if ortiz can get past berto again hell give him a rematch. im pretty sure he will be fighting the winner.

    3) Khan - everybody knows khan has had mayweathers name in his mouth lately(plus khan being with goldenboy helps) and says he wants to fight at least once or twice at welterweight before fighting floyd. and Leonard Ellerbe said its possible but khan isnt ready yet. and Mayweather has always wanted to fight in the U.K. cuz he gets so much love out there so it would be perfect for his last fight.

    What do yall think. does this all make since? i think it does and im pretty sure it will happen in this order.

    If I had to guess, I'd say he retires after 3-4 more fights. I don't think he has a set schedule or anything, but if he feels up to the task, feels sharp and physically able, and believes he can get some big paydays against some of these guys, he'll continue to fight.

    Cellz, I cannot argue with any of your post. Mayweather is likely to only want opponents who will help ticket sales and PPV buys, and those three are the only ones at or around 147 who can meet that criterion. If I had to quibble with anything, Khan is not yet established at 147, and of those three, Mayweather is probably least likely to want to fight him.

    well khan is planning on moving to welter after peterson. he wants to fight at least once before going against floyd. dont forget that khan is slowly becoming a superstar. there will be pleanty of money in this fight. i think it might happen in late 2012 or ealy 2013

    its clear that he called out pacquiao already and arum is ducking him to fight marquez again. he is interested in fighting khan when khan is ready. floyd would easily beat cotto but cotto is Top Rank fighter so it would be hard to make with ***** ass arum in the way. and LMAO at u saying Maidana thats a ****in mismatch as floyd would say "EASY WORK"

    i think he fight's guerrero, khan then maybe a wildcard pick would be ortiz rematch (unlikely) or maidana
