1- On whether he believes a fight between his son versus Manny Pacquiao is a fight that could happen:
“As you can see right now, I believe for a minute everybody was a fool for thinking Pacquiao could whoop Floyd, but you know what? Pretty much all of those thoughts have changed because they know that Pacquiao is not the fighter Floyd is and let me tell you right now—he would beat Pacquiao easier than he beat Shane, with or without whatever it is.”

2- On how he thinks his son would do at middleweight, possibly against someone like champion Sergio Martinez:
“My son is not a big guy. He’s just not a big guy, he’s not big. He’s about 5’8”, maybe 5’7 ½”. He’s just not a big person. I could see him outsmarting Martinez. Yeah, I could see him outsmarting Martinez. One thing about it, I don’t want anybody having an edge over my son because that’s my son, but I never have liked my son fighting southpaws. It’s not that he can’t beat them, because he beat all of them, his record reflects that, but I don’t like my son fighting southpaws. My son fought two southpaws that I know of. He fought one early in his career, pretty close before he got the title and he got cut pretty bad over the eye. Then when he fought Chop Chop Corley, Chop Chop Corley caught him off guard and hit him a couple of times in one fight. Like I said, it’s not that he can’t win because he has won, but I will just say a lot of guys power still come from a different angle and a different size and he’s not a great big guy. There’s no question in my mind that I got the strategy to train my son to offset a lot of this stuff, but I just don’t like him fighting southpaws because stuff comes from a different angle.”

He saids he would woop Pacquiao but then also saids he doesn't want Floyd fighting southpaws because it's a dangerous style for him. :think

Nothing new, he's contradicted himself in the past.

Hatton vs Pac 24/7 = "Pacquiao is amateurish."

Post Pac v Cotto just 14 rounds later = "That boy Pac is on PEDS!"

Then the sheep follow him like idiots, simple minded as they are.

I agree that Floyd Joy does contradict himself a great deal but this isn't one of them. He still thinks he fights amateurish while on PED's.

To me it's a contradiction and it depends how you decipher the context of what's being said.

So to you an amateur on PEDS is dangerous to someone as godly as PBF?

There is no contradiction from Floyd Sr. It's just that you dumb ass *******s always see things in a negative light when it comes to Floyd, and thinks it's cool that your hero PAc' ****s around on his wife and uses roids/hgh to beat people.

    Where is the contradiction?

    1. He thinks Floyd Jr would beat Pacquiao.

    2. He doesn't like him fighting south paws.

Two separate statements that only contradict each other if you can't tell the difference between not liking him face a style and being unable to beat a style which he didn't say.

:goodUntil Floyd Jr. comes out and says anything, why buy into what Floyd Sr. has to say. You only buy what Sr. says when it is convenient for a ******* lol... What's with all the ******* alts after the Floyd-Shane fight lol...
