    The victories Morales had at 126 would translate to 130.

    His win over Pacquiao at 130 and his close fight with Barrera show that he carried his ability up to 130.

    It's not just what he did at 130, his work at a half weight class below is significant too.

    It's already been well established that Pacquiao, Barrera, Morales all have resumes at 126-130 that far surpasses Mayweather's at 130.

    I sure do. Loses count against you. If Oscar had beaten everyone on his resume then he would be without a doubt a top 15 ATG arguably top 10 but he didn't you have to hold them against him. That's the way it works.
