Damn didn't notice that. He was very accurate against Balboa but you have to take into consideration that Rocky doesn't have and defensive skills.

If not THE most accurate, then he's gotta at least be up there. He's a great finisher also, so calm. Notice when he had Hatton hurt, he just laid on the pressure, landing solid, clean blows, rather than smothering himself or going crazy. It's that presence of mind that allows him to be so accurate.

I was thinking tito too. Aside from the hopkins and wright fights it was not at all uncommon for him to lnd close to 50% of his shots.

I take some points off of Trinidad just from the De La Hoya fight alone. Trinidad couldn't land nothing until the last 3 or 4 rounds. I couldn't see Mayweather go through 9 rounds without landing anything.

I don't know if Mayweather is the most accurate, but I think he probably has one of the best plus/minus ratios in boxing history. He is deadly accurate and one of the best defensive fighters that we have seen. Scary combination.

If you don't like Mayweather then that's your business, but you don't have to exaggerate or lie.
Yes Mayweather is economical in there, but i can't recall a fight were he threw an average of less then 30 punches a round (like Klitschko and Ibragimov did). Under 40 sometimes, but that's it.

I bet that Andre Berto and Miguel Cotto have similar power punch connect rates and we are talking about the present, not the entire history of boxing. Inaccurate.
