Is Mayweather's chin currently as untested as Roy's once was?

I am a huge Roy fan and have a general dislike for Floyd, but I will tell you in all honesty I think Floyd has a sturdy chin, believe it or not. The guy has been hit plenty and I think he has a pretty good beard.

 

Mayweather has a good chin, but even better defence. Defensively he is streets ahead of Jones.

 

Mayweathers defense isnt as nearly as impregnable as Roys was and btw your wrong about Jones taking flush shots, he took flush shots against Tarver and Ruiz

 

I cant see any evidence to suggest Floyd doesnt have a good chin. But there wasnt a hell of a lot to suggest Roy had one either till Tarver...so I guess we will just have to see what the future brings.

 

Floyd got caught in the DLH fight with some good shots,
a couple of which caught the button and that was at 154.

Judah caught Mayweather early and Hatton definately caught
Mayweather early, these blokes can hit, especially early on
when they are fresh.

Mayweather has a great chin and excellent recovery skills.

Floyd will smile when he takes a good shot, I definately think
the bloke has a chin, to say he hasnt been hit flush is a joke.

The man who was known with great defense who was never seriously hurt by a real punch then you will say that. Floyd's chin will be expose soon like what happened to RJJ.

 

I'm not Floyd fan but I think his toughness is in fact underrated. He took two very good left hooks from Oscar at 154 and he was O.K. I don't believe he has a bad chin.

 

Hhaha yeah some guys are so desperate to diss him that they are ready to say that his defense is absolutely perfect only to question his chin

 

Its untested until proved otherwise we cant say his chin is good or bad.

A guy with good punch resistance fights more bravely, than coward May.

 

Mayweather has never been in a war the same like RJJ has never been in a war because they are defensive fighters!!!!

 

Mayweather's got a good chin. He's been rattled a couple of times, but he's tough and recovers well.

 

He took alot of hard shots from Corley. Also from Judah, Chavez, Castillo, Augustus. He's been hit plenty.
