I thought Bob Arum was the issue?, would be an awkward moment for Mayweather when at the press conference, Bob Arum speaking and Freddie Roach is now with Miguel Cotto.

He's not contractually tied to a promoter. He just uses them on an ad hoc basis like Hopkins or Mayweather.
