Im very high on Bowles hes so well rounded and would have tested Torres. Ive never even seen Mizugaki fight and im not impressed looking at his resume. Probablly a showcase for Torres.

Here's an interview with him at Sherdog from February, he's no can and is not a showcase fight for Torres. He is actually quite good and is ranked as the # 6 Bantamweight in the world by Sherdog, Fight Matrix has him at # 5, and WAMMA has him at # 4.

Bowles is an excellent fighter. I've never heard of the other guy.

Mizugaki is a good fighter with a bright future he is better then Tapia he looked good in GCM. His resume is good despite what other posters claim he drew with Ueda who is probably the number 2 guy in the division and he also drew with Matsune who is the greatest bantamweight in mma history. However I don't see him beating Miguel I think Torres will stop him in the second.

I love Shooto. They put on some cracking fights.

Mizugaki's stand-up looks pretty good and he has some power. Luckily Torres is also pretty good standing and has more than enough to handle Mizugaki. Not to mention Torres' superb ground game. Torres TKO.

Hmmm just saw about 4 Mizugaki fights the first time and yeah he does have some very very powerful hands. Not impressed so much with his ablity to actually take a shot though, you know its one thing to put a hurting on some of the cans Japan feeds guys then do it to a bad mother like Miguel Torres. Torres should probablly win by stoppage whichever way he wants im sure he will do like he did with Manny Tapia and wanna KO this guy with his hands to prove a point.
