no not yet, but regardless of how much skill it takes to wrestle its not appealing to the eyes and if refs dont stand them up quicker or score take downs differently the casuals will lose interest.
Saturday night displayed some fantastic MMA, the sadness just detracted from it but it really was fantastic stuff.
Not even close with how great Strikeforce has been doing IMO MMA is closer to what it was like years ago when Pride was still doing shows. Through in the addition of 145 and 155 to the UFC things keep getting better.
but that for the real fans not the fake ones that keep talkin about ufc and dont even know wat mma is
Well those fans can **** off I link them in the same category as boxing fans who stop watching cause Tyson stopped fighting.
UFC is defio flagging. They don't have the names anymore. Rate them or not, Liddell and Couture were marquee names. Shogun and the Mex HW guy are nobodies.
Yeah some guys are headed out my man but look at the guys who either have or seem to be turning into stars like JDS, Cain, Bones Jones, Phil Davis, Brian Stann has that star appeal too and many other guys in the UFC. Its like any sport a generation of stars leave and new ones emerge.
Addition of weight classes, even women get involved, UFC going to more cities, SF becoming bigger etc etc etc **** no.
