You ADMITTED that you were triggered by that thread. You can't come back from that. And you remain triggered.
Actually I can. You’re the one stuck in the past and can’t seem to move on. We’re discussing about this thread now. The fact you keep bringing it up means you’re triggered.
Great Point! I think most people just look at Boxrec and judge a fighter by the record. Watch the fights, Jofre never been KD and was a very offensively fighter. Jofre's greatness doesn't reduce Inoue's. I'm a big fan of Inoue but he still have some way to go before being considered the best BW ever
I only brought up you being triggered in a response to Blind Georgie because he latched onto your claim.
@George Crowcroft is one of the most knowledgeable posters here. He’s the last person you should be calling “blind”.
Why does he have some way to go? Look at what he's authored since moving up to Bantamweight: McDonnell TKO1 Payano KO1 Rodriguez KO2 Donaire UD12 Maloney KO7 Dasmarinas KO3 Dipaen TKO8 Donaire TKO2 I don't really rate the Dasmarinas and Dipaen fights. They were stay busy figures. Whatevs. But that's an OBSCENE run through world class fighters. Jofre wouldn't run through this list like Inoue did.
@JOKER you’re a good guy and I respect you. I do think you should be more open minded though. I really do think you should try and educate yourself and watch other fighters of the past. If you really like watching Inoue I would recommend watching Ruben Olivares, Carlos Zarate, Alexis Arguello, Wilfredo Gomez, just to name a few. They produce some great KOs with ferocity like Inoue.
My dude... Since moving up to Bantamweight: McDonnell TKO1 Payano KO1 Rodriguez KO2 Donaire UD12 Maloney KO7 Dasmarinas KO3 Dipaen TKO8 Donaire TKO2 You're trolling if you think Jofre, Olivares, or Zarate would have authored a better run. This is not repeatable stuff.
Actually, Marcel's reign only conincided with Jofre's by three months. Jofre was only interested in big money at that time, and outside of the Saldivar fight there was none. He could hardly be expected to go up to lightweight and fight Duran. In fairness, the run of WBA champs following saldivar's retirement did actually completely slip my mind, so I'll hold my hands up and say there were two champs on the division. Although neither Rojas nor Saijo were ever particularly interested in Legra, or Jofre.
I refuse to acknowledge bull****. Coz that's all that video was. Even in it, you can see Rodriguez is smaller. And how was Rungvisai the same size as Cuadras, yet smaller than Bam who was blatantly smaller than Cuadras? Rungvisai is a huge superfly, Bam isn't.
Like I said, you need your vision checked. Or you're one of those guys who can't stomach admitting being wrong.
