I just checked through the HBO channels and no dice. I was hoping they would carry it @ the last minute, as they did for Mormeck/Bell II. Oil well....I'll just have to play with my pudd this afternoon.
I think i'll answer myself on this one, according to Fightnews.com Despite best efforts, as of now there is no TV for this important world title fight in the U.S. It can be seen on Canal+ in France and Setanta in the U.K. It seems i will have to buy some plane tickets to Europe and find a bloke who will allow me to watch the fight in his home. Seriously, it is a disgrace that in this day and age of 2 gazillion tv networks a fight of this magnitude does not end up being broadcasted at all.Heck, i would have settle for a PPV, it can do worse number wise than a PPV for Knocked up.
King wants big money, Mormeck never convinced the US public and Haye is not famous enough. It's normal US channel don't want to broadcast it.
Well the US public are morons, Mormeck-Bell was terrific except for the last rounds of the second fight.
