Immaterial. Your talking about this fight as though its been signed. If it does even happen Shane CANNOT make anything less than 147 FACT. The guy skipped 140 and jumped 2 divisions a decade ago to 47 because he couldnt make 35. That was 10 years ago. I couldnt give 2 craps about your bull**** uninformed opinion. If you'd been watching boxing for longer than a second you wouldnt make a bull**** statement like that.

Pac and Hatton are pretty much the same size. I was amazed at the size of Shane next to Ricky in the dressing room before the Pac fight....he was huge next to him.....and it wasn't just because Hatton was at fighting weight.

Pac, I think, would struggle with Shane even if they were the same size and had similar attributes. The fact is, Shane is much, much bigger and stronger, has a top chin, he's still fast and knows how to fight (most of the time). If he comes in to the ring (in the next six months) with everything lining-up then I cannot see how Pac beats him? Of course, which Shane will turn up though?

    :rofl

After Margarito demolished Cotto he was the best thing to come out of Mexico since JJC but now he is this,

Ohhh my!! How it only takes ass kicking from an old/slow Mosley to get people to change their opinions about their idols.....:yep

I think his fans turned on him because of the cheating allegations as oppose to Margo losing.

Shane is like Pac. There both consumate pro's gym rats and warriors. I have all of Shanes fights on tape. I remember when he fought Demetrius Ceballos. Against Ceballos Shane came into the ring at a whopping 159lbs. The weigh in the day before was at 135. Shane is/was a HUGE welter. Thats his weight and has been for a decade now. Shane represents alot of intangibles that Pac will not be able to cope with. Shane isnt flat footed, he isnt a static target, he has hands just as fast and cracks with more authority. Pac will have his work cut out and will bite off more than he can chew if he does face Shane at 47.

Anyway, is there any solid talk of who Pac or Mosley are fighting next?

IMHO, Pac will have more problems dealing with Shane than with Cotto. Its true what you said also, Shane is too big for Pac right now because Shane has the perfect body and height for WW unlike Tito who always had problems making the weight because of his height. Look at the Margarito fight when the ref lifted up Shane's arm at the end, his bicepts were as big as one of Pac's legs, for real man. He looked like Popeye....

    I heard that before:rofl

Against delahoya- oscar only need one left hook
Against Hatton- He is too strong. He will KO pacquiao with a body shot

Mosley is a great fighter and defenitely is stronger than pac but pacman has great work ethic as well. He is smart enough to not get into a brawl with mosley. Pac will fight smart against mosley and he defenitely has a good chance of beating him.

hmm says... if you say Mosley is too strong, like its a determining factor, then you can say Pac is too fast and probably evens out.

Shane used to powerlift in his younger days. The guy loves lifting weight and still does as a pro. He is one of the strongest boxers for his weight P4P and apparently was able to bench close to 300lbs.

like jmm, mosley can be very cerebral in a fight and stay calm to weather a storm. hatton was a small fighter with a bad chin compared to mosley who was dropped by a much bigger vernon forrest in his prime and he still got up. still, even though i do have shane as the slightly stronger guy, i think manny's speed and footwork would stun shane acouple of times and i also think manny has a better defense than shane at this point. i didn't like it one bit when mayorga was catching shane those first rounds, for being a veteran fighter, shane was holding his hands way too low and fighting in spurts. that ain't gonna help vs. manny. what i do see is probably shane catching manny late in the fight, as shane can be a dangerous puncher throughout 12 rounds
