Do you know for sure that it is being aired in HD on Direct TV? Does anyone know for certain?

I wonder if Direct TV has some kind of contract with HBO ensuring them eclusive broadcasting rights?

    :think

If anyone has access to this fight in HD, please let me know what service provider you're using.

If anyone can confirm that this is simply a fact of HBO not offering the fight in HD, such information would also be most appreciated.

    Curious to know the answer.

Either way, this ****ing sucks out loud!!

No...it isn't. Fights look fantastic compared to standard digital compressed cable.

After watching boxing once in HD, it is very difficult to watch it in SD again. it looks amazing.
