Nope, lost a little reaction time, and he wont manage 12 hard rounds, he will need to coast some of them. BUT, he still has enough on a "very" good day to beat fraud.
A veteran who knows how to pull the trigger when he needs to. Always looks to come in awesome shape. One of those bizarre, old, but, not so old fighter types.
He lost to cotto in 2007, I'd say he's been past his prime for a while, but he's till a very good fighter though.
Still very very good but not prime. Look at his fight with mayorga. Was garbage. At that age can be good some nights and not so good others
no but he is still a very very good fighter and still one of the tops at ww which is saying something that he still is at 38. he still has enough physically, and he's old and wise enough now not to just go to war but to listen to naz and stick to a gameplan...good combination. its worked for bhop, we'll see how it continues to work for shane.
IMO this whole Mosley prime issue is not as simple as some are saying. In theory I agree with your point about the Forrest fight as Mosley was 31 and that's a common age for boxers to start declining. Mosley lost 4 of 6 fights between the first Forrest fight and 2nd Winky fight. Problem is Mosley had (arguably) his best and most surprising performances after the 6 fan span discussed above. The 2nd Vargas and Margarito fights in particular. It's hard to realistically claim that a 38 year old with 52 fights is in his prime although I don't believe he is very far off.
