I always give big credit to MONTELL GRIFFIN as one of th bravest... a 5 ft 7 inch light heavyweight who spent his entire career going in with BIG light heavies and super talented light heavies and strong light heavies...beating some, too...MG fought Jones (twice), Toney (twice), Michaeleszki, Glen Johnson, Eric Harding, Tarver, etc etc etc etc... that's impressive.

Age! He moved up to challenge for a middleweight title when there was an old champion. Coincidence? Also, didn't he make BHop weigh in well below the middleweight limit?

Absolutely, this mofo came outta retirment and fought:

Ricardo Mayorga (a MORE dangerous version who had NEVER been down)
    Winky Wright (Stylistic nightmare); and
Roy Jones (another Stylistic nightmare against a former HW champ)

    Now thats bravery.

That's the only advantage and Hopkins is very durable fighter. He was still a VERY good fighter when he faced Oscar and still good to beat Tarver, Winky and have controversial losses against Taylor and Calzaghe.
    Oscas's advantage was the age.
    Let's see Hopkins' advantages:
    Size
    Reach
    Height
Experience in that weight class (and maybe experience at all)
    Chin
    Power
    Stamina
    ...

No one can take that away from him....he says he always wants to fight the best and apparently he always seems to do just that.

You would have to give credit to both Mosley and Trinidad for fighting Winky.

****ing DLH would never go anywhere near Winky. Not enough money in it for him and a guaranted loss.

I think Mosley has come to the poist where he knows he has nothing to lose, he is a heavy underdog against Margo I cant see him winning.
